Shipping Information

Orders for delivery are sent by DHL or Royal Mail.

Orders are usually sent out within 3 working days and shipping takes between 1-2 days for UK, 2-5 days for Europe and 4-7 days for the rest of the world. If you require a quicker turnaround contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Orders are send via Royal Mail or DHL. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.


All order for deilvery outside the EU are automatically shipped with Royal Mail throught their International tracked/ signed for services.

If you would like your order to be shipped with our courier DHL, then please call us on +44(0)117 223 2105 or email us for more details. Please note that the price will most likey rise, but delivery times are often in 1 - 3 days instead of 4 - 7 days.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:

  • We will be operating a damage and replacement refunds policy where if the goods are faulty you will send the goods back to KartDavid and we will replace the goods and refund the reasonable delivery charge.

Please note that custom kits cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the reasonable delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

KartDavid will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
